The AIU-100 runs actual AI models locally: machine learning, computer vision and real-time data analytics combine into one edge unit that perceives, learns and controls without a round trip to a remote server. That local-first design answers the problems cloud-only AI runs into on a factory floor, which are network dependency, high latency and production data leaving the site at all. Sensitive production data stays local, decisions happen in milliseconds instead of seconds, and the system keeps running even when the network does not.
