The Self-Service Check-in Kiosk is a lobby-ready device built for hotels that do not want guests standing in line to get a key. Guests scan an ID, verify with a selfie, pay by card or cash, and walk off with their room key, all without staff involvement. It pairs OCR-based ID scanning with built-in RFID key dispensing and live video agent support, so even edge cases such as declined cards, ID mismatches, and questions do not send guests back to the queue.
